It turns out it was a prank! The poor guy left his laptop on with his email running. One of his lab mates wrote that email and sent it out. I know I should feel like that was mean, but I find it even funnier now!
Now that is awesome! What creativity. Makes me wish I was somewhere with friends who left laptops out and email running....the things I could write! Who wants to be a novelist when you can get creative about zoo animals?! =)
Ha. Ha. I did actually google to see if people did rent out elephants, after your post, and found that there are indeed people who do look for elephant rentals.!
